So one of the things that has been keeping me insanely busy is that I have been working like crazy to get the house ready to go on the market. I met with a few real estate agents on March 4th, had a stager come in to consult on the 10th and got the house officially listed yesterday, the 26th.
It’s amazing how much work had to be done. We didn’t have to do a lot of painting and repairs, but we had to pack away a lot of stuff, rent a storage unit and clean clean clean. But I like what I managed to do, so here are some before and after shots. I’ll be updating this post when I get a few more before pictures from the stager.
