good eats

The workouts are definitely keeping me in good moods and I’m also really trying to keep us eating healthy, yet fun. Today I made roasted salmon with fennel and red onion (I love fennel!) and roasted potato wedges, with parsnips thrown in simply because I have an addiction. We also had some of the leftover lentil soup. Hooray for healthy!
